Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hospital patient visits and service utilization.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, companies, and other referral sources.

- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, corporate offices, institutions, and community organizations.

- Promote hospital services, specialties, health packages, medical camps, and other healthcare programs.

- Generate recent business opportunities and identify potential referral partners.

- Coordinate and organize health check-up camps, awareness programs, seminars, and community outreach activities.

- Follow up with referral sources and prospective patients to improve conversions.

- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, services, and local healthcare trends.

- Work closely with doctors, nursing teams,



operations, and administration to support marketing initiatives.

- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports on field visits, leads, referrals, conversions, and revenue.

- Handle corporate tie-ups, institutional relationships, and business development where required.

- Support digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.

- Ensure that all marketing activities follow hospital policies, ethical healthcare marketing practices, and applicable regulations.

- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly marketing and business development targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
