About the Role

As the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities would be:

Responsibilities

- Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels to drive demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline growth.
- Bringing a creative yet data-driven mindset, strong writing skills, and hands-on execution to translate complex product ideas into compelling messaging.
- Managing CRM workflows, event execution, PR coordination, and social media presence to enhance brand positioning.
- Playing a key strategic role in a fast-paced environment, shaping the voice and go-to-market strategy for an AI-forward platform.

Qualifications

- Experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or B2B product marketing within SaaS, BFSI, or FinTech sectors.

Required Skills

- Robust operational and analytical skills, comfortable working with CRM workflows, campaign tracking, and performance optimization.
- Ability to gain deep customer insights and stay plugged into FinTech, BFSI, and regulatory trends to sharpen messaging.




- Proven track record of planning and running end-to-end campaigns, managing events, and supporting PR and brand initiatives.
- Strong at handling escalations and solving problems, thrives in dynamic environments, and demonstrates a strong bias for action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to write across multiple formats and coordinate cross-functionally with agencies and teams.

Preferred Skills

- Manage and develop integrated marketing campaigns, CRM workflows, and brand messaging across global markets.
- Use technology and data-driven insights to boost pipeline efficiency, lead nurturing, and demand generation outcomes.
- Play a key role in expanding brand visibility, PR footprint, and market presence across India, ASEAN, and the Middle East.
- Work with a wide range of financial institutions, gaining direct visibility among CXOs in leading banks, NBFCs, and FinTechs.
