Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement annual, quarterly and project-wise marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute project launches, campaigns and promotional activities.
- Drive lead generation through digital, offline, social media and property portals.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, website,



social media and performance marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain project and corporate brand positioning.
- Coordinate with creative, digital, media, PR and advertising agencies.
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Monitor CPL, lead quality, site visits, conversions and marketing ROI.
- Work closely with Sales and CRM teams to improve lead conversion.
- Conduct regular competitor and market analysis.
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, activations and customer engagement programs.
- Oversee development of brochures, creatives, videos, hoardings and other marketing collaterals.
- Ensure all marketing communication is accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing MIS and performance reports for management.
- Lead, guide and monitor the marketing team and external agencies.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to improve brand visibility and sales
