Role A full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist based in Kochi, responsible for building and owning marketing end to end.

There is no team initially. You will have a budget and the authority to engage agencies and freelancers. You own the strategy, brand and pipeline.

What You Own

- Positioning: Define our target audience, differentiation and messaging.
- Brand: Own our voice, website and key marketing channels.
- Lead generation: Build programmes that generate qualified leads and pipeline.
- Marketing system: Own analytics, CRM, attribution, reporting and campaign planning.
- Vendors & budget: Brief,



manage and evaluate agencies and freelancers.
- Sales alignment: Establish transparent lead definitions, follow-up expectations and feedback loops.

What We Expect

Strong capability in positioning, writing, customer research, CAC and payback modelling, vendor management and creative judgement. 5 years of experience.

You should also be able to brief and assess specialists across paid media, SEO, GA4/UTMs, CRM, automation, design, video, PR and AI tools.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
