Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Executive – Fresher to join our marketing team. The candidate will support marketing activities, lead generation, client outreach, social media promotions, and other promotional initiatives to help increase the company’s brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
- Support lead generation activities through online and offline channels.
- Contact potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases.
- Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing teams for lead follow-ups.
- Assist in promoting the company’s IT, website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Support social media marketing and online promotional activities.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and maintain campaign records.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Participate in networking, events, promotional activities, and other business development initiatives.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.




- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and prospects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Eligibility
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with internship/project experience in marketing or sales will be preferred.

- Daily/weekly prospect outreach.
- Lead follow-up and conversion support.

Compensation Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Final compensation will depend on the candidate’s interview performance, skills, and suitability for the role.
