Company: BeeDigital Location: Thane, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 1–3 years About BeeDigital BeeDigital is a digital marketing agency helping businesses generate leads and grow online through Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Google Business Profile Management, and content marketing. We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

Key Responsibilities Meta AdsPlan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage Lead

Generation, Traffic, Engagement, Sales, and Conversion campaigns. Conduct audience research and create relevant targeting strategies. Test different audiences, creatives, ad copies, and campaign structures. Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and lead quality. Optimize campaigns based on performance and business objectives. Coordinate with the social media and creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives. Manage retargeting campaigns and funnel-based advertising.

Google Ads

Plan, create, and manage Google Search campaigns. Conduct keyword research and competitor research. Create and optimize search campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ad copies. Manage negative keywords and search terms.

Monitor CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPL/CPA, and ROAS where applicable. Optimize campaigns based on search terms, location, device, audience, and performance. Work with the SEO/content team to improve landing pages and conversion opportunities.

Tracking & Analytics Set up and monitor conversion tracking. Work with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager where required. Identify tracking issues and coordinate with the website team for fixes.

Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Reporting

Prepare monthly performance reports for clients. Explain campaign performance in simple business terms.



Provide insights and recommendations rather than simply sharing numbers. Maintain campaign records, budgets, and performance dashboards.

Client & Team Coordination Understand each client's business, target audience, objectives, and budget. Participate in client discussions when required. Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and creative team for ad creatives.

Provide clear creative briefs based on campaign requirements. Communicate campaign requirements and performance issues proactively.

Required Skills Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager . Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads . Understanding of lead-generation funnels. Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting. Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.

Understanding of conversion tracking. Good knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager is preferred. Good Excel/Google Sheets skills. Positive communication and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.

CandidateWe are looking for a hands-on performance marketer , not someone who only knows how to set up campaigns. You should be able to look at a campaign, understand why it is or isn't performing , identify the problem, and take corrective action.

Experience managing campaigns for lead-generation businesses such as education, real estate, healthcare, interiors, local businesses, or professional services will be an advantage.

Important

Candidates should be comfortable working with real advertising budgets and measurable business outcomes . Meta/Google certifications are an advantage, but actual campaign experience and results will matter more than certifications .
