Astrins Technologies is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator – Fresher to support our marketing activities, lead generation and business growth.

The candidate will work closely with the management team to promote our software products and solutions, generate new enquiries, follow up with prospects and help convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day marketing activities and social media presence.
- Create promotional posters and basic marketing content using Canva.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media/content calendar.
- Generate leads through online research, social media, WhatsApp and telephone outreach.
- Identify potential customers, temples, institutions and businesses.
- Contact prospects and follow up regularly with enquiries.
- Maintain and update lead and customer databases.
- Coordinate product demos, meetings and sales follow-ups.
- Revive old enquiries and identify new business opportunities.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track leads, enquiries, demos, proposals and conversions.




- Prepare simple weekly marketing and business-development reports.
- Suggest new marketing ideas and opportunities to increase enquiries and revenue.

Requirements:

- Fresher or 0-1 year experience.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
- Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn about software products and business development.
- Proactive, confident and self-motivated.
- Comfortable communicating with new people and following up consistently.

Key: This is not a purely graphic-design or social-media posting role. The candidate will be involved in lead generation, customer communication, follow-up and business development and will have the opportunity to grow based on performance. Compensation: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month during the 3-month probation period, with performance-based salary revision and sales incentives after probation.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
