What you'll do

- Help plan and execute content for Instagram (Reels, stories, posts)
- Brainstorm campaign ideas, hooks, and trends we can jump on
- Support influencer outreach and collaborations
- Assist with day-to-day marketing — captions, scheduling, engagement
- Track what's working and bring fresh ideas to the table

What we're looking for

- Genuinely into sportswear, fitness, and social media culture
- Strong sense of what performs on Instagram
- Valuable writing and communication skills
- Proactive, creative, and reliable — you take initiative
