Roles and Responsibilities :
- Look after Final Assembly manufacturing for pharmaceutical equipment and machinery.
- Manage manpower resources effectively to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure fabricated parts and assembled machines meet compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of process equipment design, fabrication, and assembly shop operations.
- Proficiency in machine assembly, manpower handling, and pharma machinery installation.
