Role Description The Managing Partner will lead the overall strategy, operations, and client portfolio of G Mukesh & Associates Chartered Accountants. This full-time hybrid role is based in Mumbai, with a blend of on-site responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing audit engagements, reviewing key deliverables, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.

The Managing

Partner will manage client relationships, guide business development initiatives, and identify new service opportunities. The role also involves supervising and mentoring staff, implementing quality control procedures, managing risk, and driving process improvements across the firm. The successful candidate will collaborate with other partners and senior team members to sustain growth,



profitability, and high professional standards.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) with substantial post-qualification experience in auditing and assurance.
- Proven experience leading audit teams, managing complex engagements, and ensuring adherence to relevant accounting and auditing standards.
- Robust business development skills, including client relationship management, proposal development, and networking within the Mumbai market.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities, including mentoring, performance management, and team-building.
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management practices, and quality control frameworks in professional services firms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to clients and team members.
- Comfort with a hybrid working model and proficiency with common office and audit-related software tools.
- Prior experience as a partner, director, or senior leader in an audit or accounting firm is highly desirable.
