Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
- Monitor OPD, IPD, diagnostics, patient services, and support functions.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, patient feedback, and departmental performance.
- Coordinate with clinical, nursing, administrative, finance, and support teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards, statutory requirements, and safety protocols.
- Manage manpower planning, resource utilization, and operational requirements.
- Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.




- Prepare MIS reports and present operational performance to senior management.
- Support process improvement, cost optimization, and quality initiatives.
- Lead and mentor operations teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Hospital/Healthcare Management or equivalent qualification.
