- Monitor labour deployment, attendance, and contractor performance on site; address shortfalls or supply issues proactively.
- Resolve disputes or issues between labour contractors and site teams, escalating as needed.
- Maintain records of contractor agreements, rate contracts, and labour deployment data for reporting and audits.
- Labour resource mobilisation ,contractor negotiation , network of labour contractors/vendors and ability to mobilise manpower at short notice
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
