Role & responsibilities

- Handle customers and understand their property requirements.

- Lead and manage the sales team effectively.

- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and meetings.

- Coordinate with customers throughout the sales process.

- Explain project details, construction-related information, and facilities to customers.

- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Support the team in achieving sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project and customer operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred.

- Candidates with relevant managerial or sales experience preferred.

- Previous experience in real estate/colonization will be an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of construction and property projects.

- Excellent customer-handling and communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

- Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with the candidates experience and skills.
