Department: Procurement & Materials Management

Reports To: Head – Procurement

Job Purpose To manage the university procurement function by ensuring timely, cost-effective, transparent and compliant sourcing of goods, services, equipment, consumables and capital assets required for medical, technical, research, academic and administrative operations.

The role will also be part of Transformation & ERP implementation.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Pharmacy / Commerce / Business Administration
- MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations / Procurement or PG Diploma in Materials Management

Experience

- 8–12 years of procurement experience
- 3–5 years in a managerial role preferred
- Experience in Universities, Medical Colleges, Hospitals, Research Institutions or Engineering Colleges

Position Summary Responsible for establishing an effective, transparent, compliant and cost-effective procurement system supporting academic excellence, healthcare services, research activities and institutional growth.

The role will also be a key leader in the Enterprise-wide Transformation & ERP implementation.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
