Job Purpose

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day toothpaste production.

- Plan and achieve daily/monthly production targets.

- Manage production staff and shift activities.

- Ensure proper use of raw materials and packaging materials.

- Maintain product quality and follow GMP/SOP requirements.

- Monitor machines, production efficiency, wastage, and downtime.

- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Purchase teams.

- Maintain production records and reports.

- Identify production problems and take corrective actions.

- Ensure safety, hygiene, and housekeeping on the production floor.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.

- 810 years of production experience in toothpaste

- Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.

- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable communication and leadership skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
