Responsibilities &

- Key Deliverables

- Responsible for build and outgoing quality of engines

- Responsible for conducting product and process audits in assembly and testing (Process audit , torque audit , pokayoke audit , Test bed audit , CTQ parameter audit , action plan sustenance audit) and closure of non conformance with systemic action

- Responsible for concerns analysis and effective counter measure (ICA and PCA) at the assembly IQA station/online , testing, user plant , field using quality tools

- Coordination with production , Supplier quality , design , SCM , maintenance team for concern resolution

- Weekly publishing of IQA station rework/rejection quality report with action plan

- Responsible for reduction of COPQ

- Lead for Quick Concern Resolution Team (QCRT) and concern closure

- Responsible for effective implementation of SPC on shop floor

- Responsible for planning and conducting the MSA in assembly





- Involvement in recent projects to ensure the quality requirements as per as per PPAP/APQP and fulfillment of key deliverable

- Visit to different locations for concerns resolution at Vehicle Plants &

- Mahindra dealerships.

- Team management of 3 to 4 associates

5 to 10 years (minimum) In Automobile industry
