Role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for senior management and leadership positions across functions and business units.
- Partner with CXOs, business heads, and HR leadership to understand current and future leadership talent requirements.
- Develop and execute targeted leadership hiring strategies based on business priorities.
- Build robust talent pipelines through executive search firms, professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, industry mapping, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to identify high-potential leadership talent.
- Manage relationships with executive search and recruitment partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead candidate identification, screening, interviewing, assessment, reference checks, compensation discussions, and offer closure
