Job Profile:-

Essential

(HR Role)

- Thorough Knowledge of labour and related Laws.
- All Statutory compliances pertaining to the organization in matters related to Human resource/ Labour Laws.
- Manage the recruitment, selection, orientation and Induction Process.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Well versed with Payroll and relevant calculations/ computations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Should have experience of dealing with internal worker Unions.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop, Implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Assess training needs and development and to apply and monitor training/development programs




- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

(Admin Role)

- General maintenance of the premises.
- Security: To ensure overall security arrangement, movement of men and material within/ from the Companys premises.
- Fire Control Equipment: To ensure timely refilling & servicing of Fire Extinguishers, alarm and fire safety system.
- Housekeeping/Pantry/Pest Control.
- Ensure repair and maintenance & AMCs (New/Renewal) of office equipment, fittings & fixtures, appliances (CCTV, Copier, EPBAX, Paper Cutter Machine, Gen-sets) etc. and processing of the relevant Bills (including Bills of electricity, Fuel, Communication, Pantry & House Keeping etc.)
- Insurance- Employees, Money, Fidelity, Building, Assets, Vehicle, Stock, Job worker, Marine,
- Factory Compliances (License Renewals, returns, Lifts & compressor test reports, Fire & Pollution NOC etc.)
