About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Manager – Finance Operations to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, compliance and MIS reporting, while working closely with the Finance Head and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, payables, receivables and month-end closing.
- Handle E-commerce, D2C &
- Quick Commerce reconciliations.
- Reconcile settlements, sales, returns, refunds, discounts and deductions.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial reports and expense analysis.
- Manage GST, TDS and statutory compliance activities.
- Support inventory and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Monitor expenses, outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist with P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal teams.




- Identify discrepancies and improve finance processes and controls.

Requirements

- 5–6 years of relevant Finance &
- Accounts experience.
- CA / CA Equivalent preferred.
- Robust hands-on Tally &
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Quick Commerce / E-commerce reconciliation experience mandatory.
- Strong accounting, MIS and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of GST &
- TDS.
- D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
