We’re looking for someone who can make data cleaner, processes smarter, and e-commerce sharper — while leading a team that gets things done.

Position- Manager – Data & E-commerce Operations

What You’ll Own

Data & MIS

- Own and streamline data, MIS, dashboards, and reporting.
- Build actionable Power BI & Excel reports.
- Improve data accuracy, structure, and reporting speed.
- Identify trends and turn data into business insights.

E-commerce Operations

- Manage product, pricing, catalogue, inventory, and customer data.
- Keep product information, specifications, documents, and availability accurate and updated.
- Improve data flow across Procurement → Inventory → E-commerce → Sales.
- Identify gaps, fix bottlenecks, and streamline processes.

Process & Automation

- Build SOPs, trackers, workflows, and data controls.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data processes.




- Work with IT/tech teams to improve systems and data integration.

Team Leadership

- Lead and manage the Data & E-commerce team.
- Set targets, allocate work, track performance, and ensure timely execution.
- Build a culture of ownership, accuracy, speed, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Analytics, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a related field.
- Strong data management and analytical skills with advanced Excel.
- Experience in MIS, dashboards, reporting, and process improvement.
- Pharma e-commerce experience is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
- Experience with Power BI, ERP, SQL, or automation tools is a plus.
