Location: Chennai

Experience: Minimum 10 years in large companies, with extensive experience in credit authorization & control, accounts receivable management, preferably in distribution and manufacturing environments.

Salary:Rs. 12- 15 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and capability.

Education: Commerce graduate; MBA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage dealer credit in BtoC as well as institutional credit BtoB to real estate developers and large contractors.
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments, including evaluation of balance sheets, net worth, trade references, bank references and local market references.




- Establish and monitor credit limits and payment terms based on customer creditworthiness and risk.
- Manage accounts receivable and ageing, ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up and escalation measures to improve collections.
- Work closely with the Sales team to balance sales growth with prudent credit management.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to strengthen credit control and improve sales efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for cutting-edge financing and credit solutions that support business growth while minimizing credit risk.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on receivables, ageing, collections, credit exposure and high-risk accounts.
- Be willing to travel across Tamil Nadu as required for customer visits, credit assessments and collection follow-ups.
