We are looking for an experience PCB Manager to manage PCB team of 20 to 25 engineers. Should have experience in high-speed board design based on Xilinx FPGA / Freescalemicroprocessor / Intel microprocessor. Knowledge of latest FPGA and different board architecture is an added advantage.

Should have experience in all stages of PCB design – Library creation, understanding or mechanical drawing, PCB design, Fabrication process and testing. Proficient in Allegro PCB tool, PADS PCB tool and Orcad schematic tool /n /n

- Experience in PCB Layout designs using Cadence and Mentor graphics PADs design tool

/n

- Expertise in PCB Footprint and Symbol creation. Ownership for library, multilayer

/n

- PCB Layout, CAM and Gerber release

/n

- Understanding of Thermal design and Signal integrity

/n

- Expertise in High Speed, Mixed signal design, Power board and RF board.

/n

- Basic knowledge on mechanical design tool like AUTO CAD, Solid works

/n

- CAM validations and interact with manufacturer and assembly unit for any suggestions/clarifications.

- PCB Designing and related Activities. (Allegro)

- Power Supply Layout

- High Speed Digital design layout.



Exposure to High-speed interfaces such as PCIe, USB, DDR3 etc.

- Understanding and coming up with PCB Stack up

- Knowledge of Signal and Power Integrity fundamentals.

/n

- Understanding of functionality of different IOs.

/n

- Footprint Creation Gerber Verification.

/n

- Ensuring quality of release of Gerber, Bill of Material, and drawings.

/n

- Generate and maintain PCB specifications.

/n

- Ensure PCBs are Designed for Manufacturability and Testing.

/n

- Support PCB Engineer on Technical queries regarding PCB Designing Tool
