We are looking for an experienced skilled to lead Concurrent/Prepayment Audit activities at our Jajpur plant. The role involves auditing invoices before payment release, ensuring compliance with contractual and statutory requirements, preventing financial leakages, and driving continuous audit controls through SAP-based processes. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-audit of all invoices before payment release through SAP.
- Verify PO, GRN, BOQ/JMR, contract terms, GST, TDS, LD, and payment conditions.
- Identify duplicate, excess, and advance payments and recommend corrective actions.
- Audit Project, Logistics, Raw Material, MRO, and Operational invoices.
- Maintain audit MIS, recovery trackers, dashboards, and control reports.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Projects, Stores, and Vendors.




- Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and statutory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- CMA / MBA Finance / Inter-CA (CIA/CISA preferred).
- 8-12 years of experience in Concurrent Audit, Prepayment Audit, AP Audit, or Internal Audit.
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes.
- Hands-on experience in SAP FICO & MM modules (MIRO, MIGO, ML81N, FBL1N).
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, Vendor Reconciliation, and Internal Controls.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
