We are hiring MBA freshers (20252026 pass-outs) for our Collections team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collections for assigned unsecured loan portfolios.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Handle customer queries and negotiate payment resolutions.
- Maintain collection records and ensure process compliance.
- Travel within the assigned territory for field collection activities.
Eligibility
- MBA/PGDM 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field work.
- Willingness to travel locally.
