Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Paint Shop Maintenance Engineers responsible for maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment, troubleshooting automation systems, and ensuring smooth operation of paint shop utilities and systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of paint shop equipment.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCADA and ServerCheck systems.
- Check SCADA server health, system performance, and system/application running status.
- Troubleshoot PLC communication errors, system errors, and automation issues.
- Monitor and maintain Paint Booth Monitoring systems.
- Check booth temperature, humidity, differential pressure and airflow monitoring systems.
- Verify exhaust fan status and AHU operating parameters.
- Monitor and verify paint circulation system status.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance as required.




- Maintain proper maintenance records and ensure minimum equipment downtime.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of PLC and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of SCADA systems and troubleshooting.
- Electrical & mechanical maintenance experience.
- Experience with paint shop equipment/systems preferred.
- Basic knowledge of sensors, PLC communication and control systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification ITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related engineering discipline.

Experience

Relevant experience in Paint Shop Maintenance / Automotive Manufacturing Maintenance preferred.
