JOB PURPOSE / MANDATE

Support the plant maintenance function by executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on operational equipment and infrastructure. Ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior maintenance leadership.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities as per schedule and instructions.

- Monitor equipment performance and assist in root cause analysis of failures.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update logs for all equipment.

- Support implementation of TPM, Lean, and other up-to-date maintenance practices.

- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.





- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during maintenance work.

- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.

- Participate in audits and support documentation for compliance and reporting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

- Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setup.

- Basic understanding of TPM, condition monitoring, and equipment troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with maintenance tools, techniques, and safety protocols.
