Profile- Maintenance Engineer

Q* ualifications and Educational Requirements ï‚ B.E / Diploma (Electrical Engineering) ï‚* 3-6 years of experience for B.E. & 6+ years for Diploma holder as a maintenance engineer.

Job location - Vasai

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance

Responding to breakdowns

Diagnosing faults

Repairing equipment

Supervising engineering and technical staff

Obtaining specialist components, fixtures, or fittings

Managing budgets

Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation

Creating maintenance procedures

Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.

Understanding the requirements of ISO 13485:2016 (MDQMS).

Make sure that the SOPs and formats related to maintenance are followed.

Manage the workflow in the department.

Maintain the ID and status label of preventive and breakdown maintenance on each machine and equipment.





Knowledge of machine Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).

Should be able to manage fire extinguishers and scrap.

Able to train the people about safety.

Knowledge of User Requirement Specifications (URS)
