Position - LT Panel Design Manager / Senior LT Panel Design Manager

Location - Delhi / Silvassa / Karoli

Experience - 12–16 years of relevant experience

Qualification - Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics

Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced LT Panel Design Engineer with robust hands-on experience in the design and engineering of various industrial LT panels.

The candidate should be capable of independently handling panel design from customer requirement to manufacturing release, including electrical drawings, component selection, BOM and coordination with production.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and engineering of:
- DG Set AMF / Isolator Panels
- DG Synchronizing & Load Sharing Panels
- PCC / MCC Panels
- APFC Panels
- ATS / Changeover Panels
- LT Distribution Panels and feeder panels
- Prepare and review:
- Single Line Diagrams (SLD)
- GA / Layout drawings
- Power & Control Schematics
- Wiring / Terminal drawings
- BOM / MTO
- Selection and sizing of:
- ACB / MCCB / MCB
- Contactors and protection relays
- CTs / PTs
- Busbars
- Capacitors and APFC controllers
- Control components and accessories
- Good understanding of DG synchronization, load sharing, generator protection, metering and control circuits.
- Coordinate with production, purchase,



testing and project teams for smooth execution of panels.
- Review drawings and resolve design issues during panel manufacturing, testing and customer inspection.
- Study customer specifications and incorporate project-specific requirements into the panel design.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of LT panel design and electrical engineering
- Good knowledge of ACB/MCCB selection, protection and control circuits
- Knowledge of busbar sizing and short-circuit requirements
- Good understanding of DG AMF, synchronization and load sharing
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / Electrical CAD
- Good knowledge of applicable IS / IEC standards
- Ability to independently prepare SLD, schematic, GA and BOM

Preferred Experience

Candidates having experience with DG Set manufacturers / panel manufacturers / EPC companies / industrial electrical projects will be preferred.

Experience with DEIF, ComAp, Woodward or similar DG synchronizing controllers will be an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate The candidate should be a hands-on electrical design engineer, not merely an AutoCAD draftsman. He should be capable of understanding the electrical application, selecting the right components and developing a complete panel design independently.
