Vruksha International School of Montessori is looking for a passionate and dedicated Elementary Montessori Teacher to join our team at Sholinganallur.

We are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in Montessori education and are committed to supporting the overall development of children in a prepared Montessori workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct Montessori lessons and activities.
- Maintain a well-prepared, organised, and child-centred classroom environment.
- Observe and understand each child’s individual needs, interests, and progress.
- Support children in their academic, social, emotional, and personal development.
- Maintain classroom records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school management.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding children’s progress.
- Follow Montessori principles and contribute positively to the school community.





Requirements
- AMI or IMTC Montessori training is preferred.
- Professionally trained Montessori teachers are also welcome to apply.
- Previous Montessori/Elementary classroom experience will be an advantage.
- Fresh Montessori-trained candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology.
- Patience, empathy, observation skills, and a genuine interest in working with children.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work collaboratively.

Education
- Montessori certification/training preferred.
- AMI / IMTC certification is an added advantage.

Experience
- Montessori teaching experience preferred.
- Freshers with relevant Montessori training are welcome to apply.
