Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations for steel plant and coal movement.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, plant personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and monitor the movement of raw materials, coal, finished goods, and other materials.
- Ensure timely vehicle placement, loading, dispatch, and delivery.
- Monitor vehicle movement and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Maintain logistics records, trip sheets, dispatch documents, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with the plant and stores teams to ensure smooth material movement.
- Monitor transporter performance, vehicle availability, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, operational, and documentation requirements.




- Handle operational issues and coordinate with concerned departments for quick resolution.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of relevant experience in logistics/transportation.
- Mandatory: Experience in a Steel Plant and Coal-related logistics/operations.
- Strong knowledge of transportation, vehicle movement, dispatch, and material handling.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a plant/industrial environment and manage operational challenges.
- Candidate must be from the local area / nearby location.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
