We are looking for a LogicMonitor Administrator / Monitoring Engineer to join our growing operations team and help ensure the availability and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure. /n Key Responsibilities: /n Administer, configure, and maintain the LogicMonitor platform. /n Monitor servers, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and applications. /n Perform proactive monitoring, alert validation, and incident triage. /n Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools and defined SOPs. /n Onboard and configure current devices, applications, and Configuration Items (CIs)
