Role Description The Logistics Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

This role is responsible for coordinating daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of footwear products to online and offline channels.

The Logistics Coordinator will manage inventory records, track orders, prepare shipping documents, and liaise with warehouses, transport partners, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues.

The role also involves monitoring logistics costs, supporting demand planning, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will ensure that the logistics operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with customer service standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Track daily Plant-to-Warehouse shipments , including dispatch, vehicle movement, ETA and delivery status.
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart,



Myntra and other marketplace appointments and ensure timely delivery within appointment windows.
- Coordinate with transporters/3PL partners for vehicle placement, transit tracking and delivery.
- Coordinate with Warehouse teams for unloading, GRN and timely inwarding .
- Track and follow up on pending inwarding, delivery delays, PODs, shortages and damages .
- Identify potential shipment delays and appointment misses and escalate proactively.
- Maintain daily shipment trackers and logistics MIS covering dispatch, transit, delivery, inwarding and exceptions.
- Monitor transporter performance against agreed SLAs and TATs .

Qualifications

- Strong skills in logistics coordination, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
- Ability to work with warehouse teams and transport partners to schedule, dispatch, and receive goods.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel or similar tools for reports, documentation, and data analysis.
- Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail supply chain operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Gurgaon and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
