Book refrigerated container space (reefer slots) with shipping lines or air cargo operators.

Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), freight forwarders, and port authorities for seamless customs clearance.

Track real-time movement of temperature-sensitive shipments and resolve port or transit delays promptly
