Position: Licensing Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Manage day-to-day licensing and corporate service operations.

 Coordinate with clients and relevant UAE authorities/free zones for incorporation and licensing requirements.

 Support company incorporation, trade licence issuance and renewal processes.

 Coordinate documentation, applications, renewals and follow-ups.

 Handle international clients and ensure timely communication and service delivery.

 Support UAE visa-related and corporate compliance processes.

 Work across different UAE free zones and jurisdictions and understand their operational requirements.

 Maintain proper records, trackers and client documentation.

 Use AI tools and technology to improve research, documentation, reporting and operational efficiency.

 Coordinate with UAE-based teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
