About the Chamber

We are a litigation-focused law office based in Delhi, specializing in Civil Litigation, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Trademarks, and commercial disputes. We regularly represent clients before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various tribunals.

The Role

We are looking for two dedicated interns to join our office for the month of September/October. This internship offers hands-on exposure to active civil and IP litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Court Visits: Accompanying counsel to the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and tribunals for physical hearings and observing proceedings.

Drafting: Assisting in drafting legal notices, plaints, written statements, and IP-related documentation.

Legal Research: Conducting case law research on complex civil, commercial, and trademark matters.

Case Management: Assisting with filing preparation, case briefs, and maintaining case files.





Eligibility Criteria

Must be currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year B.A. LL.B. program (or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program).

Solid interest and foundational understanding of Civil Procedure and IP laws. Excellent drafting and research skills. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi for the duration of the internship.

Compensation A stipend will be provided at the end of the month, strictly based on the intern's performance and quality of work.
