We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Assistant with excellent English communication skills and practical experience using AI tools. The role involves supporting attorneys with legal research, documentation, client coordination, and case management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with legal research, drafting, and document review.
- Maintain case records, schedules, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.
- Use AI tools to improve research, drafting, and workflow efficiency.
- Manage assigned tasks independently while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical,



and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical knowledge of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar AI tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.

A bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration, English, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in legal support, paralegal, or executive assistant roles is an advantage.
