We are looking for a responsible and hardworking LED Production Supervisor to manage our daily production work at our manufacturing unit in BRC, Surat.

The main responsibility is to manage workers, supervise LED production, check product quality, and complete daily production targets on time.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily LED production work.
- Assign work to workers and monitor their performance.
- Supervise LED profile cutting, bending, welding, PCB fitting, driver fitting, wiring, diffuser fitting, and testing.
- Handle custom LED profile production as per customer requirements.
- Check product quality and reduce defects and rework.
- Monitor raw materials and inform management about shortages.
- Make sure machines and tools are used properly.
- Report production, manpower, material, quality, and machine issues to management.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety on the production floor.
- Train and guide current workers when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in LED, electrical, electronics, or manufacturing work.
- ITI / Diploma preferred.
- Basic knowledge of LED assembly, wiring, fitting, and testing.




- Ability to manage a small team.
- Basic troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and responsible attitude.

Job Details
- Location: BRC, Surat
- Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹24,000 per month, based on experience and skills
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
