Key Responsibilities

- Deliver instructorled (virtual/inperson) training on AI, GenAI, ML, Data Engineering, and Automation

- Facilitate handson labs, workshops, hackathons, and mentor learners on realworld projects

- Design endtoend learning journeys and create labs, demos, assessments, and certifications

- Provide AI/ML advisory, coaching teams on applying learning to client engagements

- Collaborate with business and stakeholders to drive and improve programs

- Research emerging AI/GenAI trends and represent the AI First Academy internally and externally

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, Generative AI, or related roles

- Robust training/facilitation experience with excellent communication skills

- Handson expertise in ML frameworks, GenAI models, prompt engineering, lab/demo creation and cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LangChain, Agents, RAG, and Automation

- Relevant AI/ML, Cloud, Training certifications
