Role & responsibilities

- Identify technology skill gaps and develop learning roadmaps for areas such as AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity and Software Engineering.

- Develop technical learning content, curriculum and training programs in collaboration with Technology SMEs and business stakeholders.

- Coordinate and drive end-to-end execution of technical training programs, ensuring strong learner participation and adoption.

- Measure training effectiveness, learning outcomes and business impact through assessments, feedback and learning analytics.

- Partner with Technology leaders, SMEs and global stakeholders to understand capability requirements and deliver relevant learning solutions.

- Manage learning partners/vendors and continuously improve Tech L&D; programs,



content and learning methodologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Technology L&D; / Capability Development.

- Strong experience in Technology / Digital / AI learning and workforce upskilling.

- Experience developing technical learning content and curricula.

- Good understanding of AI, GenAI, Cloud, Data, Software Engineering or emerging technologies.

- Robust stakeholder management and program management skills.

- Experience working with global technology teams/GCCs is preferred.
