We are seeking a high-performing Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with a proven track record of 7+ years of experience to spearhead the architecture, development, and deployment execution of complex CRM and customer experience systems. In this role, you will act as the core subject matter expert for high-scale implementations across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Portals), with a heavy emphasis on delivering strong UI designing customizations using modern front-end frameworks. You will architect robust, enterprise-grade API integrations, lead engineering teams, and drive innovation through Salesforce Agentforce autonomous AI frameworks.

Crucially, you will champion our automated release lifecycle utilizing Salesforce DevOps Center integrated with Azure CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Service & Experience Cloud Excellence: Act as the technical lead for complex customer support portals, setting up scalable architectures utilizing Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (Community Portals).
- Strong UI Designing Customizations: Own the end-to-end frontend design, pixel-perfect layout customization, and user experience tailoring within community portals using advanced Core Lightning Web Components (LWC), HTML5, CSS/SLDS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Advanced API Integrations: Architect, build, and secure high-scale inbound and outbound REST/SOAP API integrations, managing data sync, event-driven architectures, and middleware patterns across the enterprise landscape.
- DevOps Engineering & Pipeline Management:



Oversee release management governance, branching strategies, and environment synchronization by directly utilizing Salesforce DevOps Center alongside automated Azure CI/CD workflows.
- Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead developer streams, define high-level and low-level designs (HLD/LLD), conduct strict code reviews, and optimize legacy codebases to ensure high scalability, performance, and adherence to Salesforce Governor Limits.
- Agentforce & AI Innovation: Strategize, build, and orchestrate intelligent AI framework topologies using Salesforce Agentforce, designing secure prompts, guardrails, and autonomous action loops.

Required Technical Skills

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expert-level mastery of core programmatic capabilities: Apex (MVC design patterns, bulk frameworks), SOQL, and custom Core LWC development.
- Deep domain expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and custom Experience Cloud / Community Portals setups.
- Proven track record in designing custom, intuitive, and responsive UI customizations using Salesforce Lightning design systems (SLDS).
- Extensive experience building robust REST/SOAP API integrations and managing data distribution frameworks.
- Solid, hands-on capability configuring and deploying metadata via Salesforce DevOps Center and automated Azure CI/CD platforms.
- Practical implementation experience or deep operational familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce architectures.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Platform Developer II (PD2).
2. Salesforce Architecture credentials (e.g., Sharing & Visibility Architect, Integration Architecture Designer) are a strong advantage.
3. Salesforce Certified Agentforce credentials are highly preferred and considered a distinct plus.
