Summary: UST is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to transform business needs into effective, scalable solutions.

Experience: 8-15 Years

Key Responsibilities: Elicit requirements, create user stories, collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and QA, perform process improvement, support UAT, ensure compliance, manage traceability and mentor junior analysts.

- Positive understanding of Insurance, Wealth Management, Financial Services, and related regulatory requirements.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and identify trends, business impacts, and process improvement opportunities.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, validation of business requirements, testing coordination, and stakeholder sign-off.
- Knowledge of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, audit controls, and risk management practices within financial services organizations.




- Experience managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts and providing functional leadership.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, resilience, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivery frameworks.
