Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying and developing new leads to support the company’s land investment portfolio and sales pipeline. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Researching prospective clients, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate lead records, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and conversion
- Engaging with potential investors through calls, emails, and in-person interactions, as well as contributing to outreach campaigns and basic market analysis.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Noida Extension Area,



requiring close collaboration with the local team and direct involvement in client-focused activities.

Qualifications

- 2-4 years experience with proven ability to identify and manage new leads.
- Solid communication skills, with the capacity to engage prospects and present value propositions clearly.
- Sales-focused mindset, with experience in converting qualified leads into opportunities.
- Research skills for analyzing markets, profiling potential investors, and understanding land investment trends.
- Basic understanding of real estate or land investment concepts is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools or lead tracking systems is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
