What You'll Be Doing
- Find the right people Research and identify companies and decision-makers that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Build lead lists Use tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or ZoomInfo to put together clean, accurate lead databases.
- Craft outreach Help write cold emails and LinkedIn messages that actually get replies.
- Track what works – Monitor response rates and campaign performance, and share what you learn.
What We are Looking For
- Education: B.E / B.Tech preferred
- Communication: Solid written and verbal English — you can write a message people actually want to reply to
- Attitude: A go-getter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told twice
- Curiosity: You enjoy digging into research and figuring out how companies work
- Basics: Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets (CRM knowledge is a bonus, not a must)
- Grit: You stay consistent even when the first ten replies don't come
- No prior experience required — just bring the right attitude and we will teach you the rest.
