We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Expert with at least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation, email outreach, WhatsApp marketing and prospecting using modern AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through multiple online channels.
- Conduct prospect research and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
- Execute cold email campaigns and personalized email outreach.
- Perform WhatsApp outreach to potential prospects.
- Use LinkedIn and other platforms for prospect identification and outreach.
- Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize messages and improve outreach.
- Create engaging email and WhatsApp messages.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Track responses, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Qualify leads based on business requirements.
- Maintain accurate lead-generation records and reports.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified leads.
- Continuously test different outreach strategies to improve response rates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation.
- Hands-on experience with cold email and WhatsApp outreach.
- Knowledge of B2B prospecting and lead research.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and lead-generation platforms.
- Experience using AI tools for lead generation and outreach.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to research companies, industries and decision-makers.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
Preferred Tools Experience with tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Search, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, email automation tools, CRM platforms and other AI-powered prospecting tools will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
