Job Title: Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET + React JS)

Location: Mumbai / Chennai / Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET (Primary) and React JS (Secondary). The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor who can independently drive requirements, solution design, development, and technical delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position requires collaboration with US-based stakeholders and flexibility to work during IndiaUS overlapping hours, including late evenings when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET and React JS.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide solution recommendations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain cloud-native applications on Azure or GCP platforms.
- Work with event-driven architectures and messaging systems using Pub/Sub technologies.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, QA,



and DevOps teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.

Mandatory Skills

- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- C#
- React JS
- REST APIs / Microservices
- Experience with Azure PaaS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Pub/Sub / Messaging systems.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL and database design.
- Strong design, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
