The primary purpose of this role is to lead all communications for Varroc across different stakeholder groups. With a deep focus on how we communicate and continue to improve our engagement through explicit, transparent, and industry leading communication with relevant stakeholder groups. This role will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders including investors, media, industry forums, customers and internally with Leadership and employees, to deliver communications on a broad spectrum of Varrocs business priorities.
The role is hands-on and will manage proactive and reactive communications, from strategy to messaging to execution. This includes aligning messaging with company objectives, understanding stakeholder information needs, gathering and writing communications to address those needs.
The role is to clearly develop and deliver corporate communications strategy & manage promotional activities to build the organizations reputation, brand and relationships ensuring organization’s clear identity, high levels of goodwill amongst all our relevant stakeholder groups
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Corporate Communications
- Develop and execute an integrated internal and external communications strategy to strengthen corporate brand, reputation, and stakeholder trust.
- Serve as the custodian of Varroc’s corporate narrative, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across all communication platforms.
- Lead structured internal communication programs to engage, align, and inspire employees with business priorities and strategic direction.
- Ensure standardized brand governance across templates, presentations, signage, uniforms, gifting, infrastructure branding, and all corporate collaterals.
2. Media & Public Relations
- Drive corporate PR strategy across corporate, market, investor, and industry segments.
- Liaise secure strategic placements across mainline, trade, online, and broadcast media.
- Develop high-quality content including press releases, Q&As;, bylined articles, thought leadership pieces, and leadership messaging.
- Build and manage relationships with media houses, industry associations, and key external stakeholders.
- Identify editorial and advertorial opportunities to amplify brand positioning.
- Lead crisis communication management and media response for sensitive issues.
- Coordinate press conferences, media tours, interviews, and external engagements.
3. Investor Communications
- Facilitate investor and analyst meetings, earnings calls, and related engagements.
- Earnings releases, shareholder communication, and investor presentation materials.
- Manage the Investor Relations section of the corporate website and serve as key contact for investment communications.
4. Campus & Employer Branding Communications
- Develop and execute campus engagement communication strategies to strengthen employer brand visibility.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives through targeted communication campaigns across educational institutions and young talent platforms.
6. Industry Events, Sponsorships & Industry Engagement
- Plan and manage corporate participation in conferences, industry forums, and sponsorship platforms.
- Represent and position the organization at key industry and customer-focused engagements.
- Ensure strong brand visibility and alignment across all event touchpoints.
7. Content, Campaigns & Collateral Development
- Develop integrated communication campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Create and manage corporate publications including annual reports, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Identify and curate internal and external stories to strengthen brand perception.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, designers, and vendors to deliver high-quality communication outputs.

Vendor Management & Process Excellence
- Manage agency and vendor partnerships to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
- Drive process improvements and governance in marketing and communication workflows.
- Monitor budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Day starts with reviewing media coverage, social media trends, stakeholder updates, and ongoing campaign performance metrics.
- Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on communication priorities, messaging requirements, and approvals.
- Develop, review, and refine communication content including press releases, internal messages, presentations, and digital posts.
- Engage with PR agencies, media representatives, creative partners, and vendors to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Monitor brand compliance across internal and external communication materials and infrastructure branding.
- Manage ongoing campaigns, event planning activities, sponsorship deliverables, and industry engagement coordination.
- Facilitate investor communication requirements, website updates, and intranet content management.
- Track budgets, review vendor deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Day ends with progress reviews, stakeholder updates, risk identification, and planning for upcoming communication initiatives.
