About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead AI Engineer with extensive experience in GenAI and Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions using LLMs and agentic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on delivery of GenAI/Agentic AI solutions (8+ yrs)
- Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, async patterns, vector DBs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evals, and HITL workflow design
- Exposure to n8n or similar workflow tools
- Hands-on with Azure or equivalent AWS/GCP
- Understanding of secure credential management, managed identity, and enterprise integration patterns
- Design multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and HITL gates
- Articulate trade-offs between deterministic logic vs. LLM-based judgment in workflow design

Requirements

- Must have shipped production-grade solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic,



Azure OpenAI) and agentic frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Solid Python + orchestration stack: Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, async patterns, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, evals, and HITL workflow design
- Cloud + enterprise deployment skills: Hands-on with Azure (Container Apps, Blob, Key Vault, Entra ID/RBAC, Azure OpenAI) or equivalent AWS/GCP
- Agentic architecture depth: Demonstrated ability to design multi-agent systems — tool use, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and HITL gates

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to n8n or similar workflow tools
