Given the rapid expansion across our group's verticals, we are looking for a high-impact L&D; Manager or Lead/ Training Manager to elevate our teams, refine our operational training frameworks, and drive organizational growth.

Position Details:

- Role: L&D; Manager or Lead or Executives / Training Manager
- Location: Noida HQ (Full-time, 6-day-week, Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

- Training Strategy & Execution: Design and drive end-to-end training programs tailored to diverse teams across our health-tech and fitness verticals.
- Process & Competency Development: Build structured onboarding, skill-enhancement, and leadership development frameworks.
- Performance Impact:



Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps, evaluate training efficacy, and improve workforce productivity.
- Content & Curriculum Creation: Develop engaging learning modules, SOP training manuals, and interactive workshops.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an L&D; Manager/Lead/Exec, Training Manager, or similar HR role in a fast-paced environment.
- Robust background in building people-centric and process-oriented training systems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work full-time 6-day-week on-site at our Noida HQ.
