Role Description The L&D; Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives across restaurant operations. This role involves designing and delivering training programs for frontline and back-of-house teams, including onboarding, skills training, and refresher sessions focused on food safety, service standards, and operational procedures. The L&D; Associate will coordinate training schedules, track completion and performance, and maintain learning records to ensure compliance with brand standards.





Daily activities include collaborating with outlet managers to identify skill gaps, creating training materials and job aids, and conducting on-the-floor coaching to reinforce best practices. The role also supports continuous improvement by gathering feedback from learners, analyzing training effectiveness, and recommending updates to learning content and methods.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to plan, deliver, and evaluate structured learning programs for restaurant staff.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to facilitate sessions, provide feedback, and collaborate effectively with managers and team members.
- Relevant experience in hospitality or QSR operations, especially in training or store-level capability building, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, human resources, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple outlets in Mumbai, with strong organizational skills and comfort in fast-paced, shift-based environments.
- Fresher candidates preferred.
