Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Business Analyst (Vietnamese Language) to work on a full-time basis. The role requires strong analytical abilities and English comprehension, combined with fluency in Vietnamese. You will work directly with large language models to refine their performance and develop expertise in AI‑assisted analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read, summarize, and decompose large bodies of content into logical sections for model training.
- Conduct online research to verify claims and provide evidence‑based annotations.
- Design and answer analytical questions that expose model weaknesses and guide improvement.
- Produce detailed feedback and explanations that enable the model to learn correct reasoning patterns.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate refined model outputs into broader AI projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Multilingual capability in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to switch between languages accurately.
